Inflatable Rental FAQ’s

QUESTION: How do I find pricing and availability for inflatable rentals?
ANSWER: Go to our Inflatable Rentals page and send in your date time , along with the specific unit(s) you are interested in renting, and we’ll respond letting you know if it is available and pricing. 

QUESTION: Will the kids know what to do?
ANSWER: Our trained, dependable operators will professionally set up your inflatable and provide instruction for your guests.

QUESTION: Should I be concerned about safety?
ANSWER: Our inflatables are inspected annually by certified inspectors.  In addition, our operators perform a safety inspection before every rental.  By following the rules provided for safe operation, your guests will be safely entertained.

QUESTION: What about rain and/or bad weather?
ANSWER: In the event of heavy rain or winds in excess of 15 miles per hour, we will make every effort to reschedule your party to a day with weather better suited to inflatable fun.  Wet vinyl is very slippery and may be dangerous.  No guests are to use any inflatable unit while it is raining and/or the unit is wet.  Once dried, guests can re-enter.

QUESTION: How much space do I need for an inflatable?
An additional 3 – 5 feet of unobstructed perimeter around each side of the inflatable, this is the bare minimum. Thus a 15 x 15 bouncer requires a 21 x 21 min. sq. foot space to be placed. In addition, low hanging branches are also an obstacle that must be removed.

QUESTION: Can the Inflatable be setup indoors?
Yes, dependent on size. Some can be setup indoors providing we have adequate ceiling clearance.
